Send the plans, or text photos of the site, to (352) 584-2842. Sam walks the property, works through the scope against the drawings, and gives you one number for the work agreed on. Then the equipment shows up — with the owner in the seat — and the site gets delivered.
QUESTIONS
Can you work from engineered plans?
Yes. Grading plans, pad elevations, grade stakes — that’s how commercial work should be done. Send the drawings with your first message and the quote will be against the actual scope, not a guess.
What size jobs do you take?
Owner-operated works best on right-sized commercial work: small subdivisions, entrances, pads, access roads, and sitework for individual commercial buildings. If a job needs a fleet, Sam will tell you that straight instead of overpromising.
How do you fit into a build schedule with other trades?
Dirt work goes first, so delays here delay everyone. Scheduling gets set when the number does, and because there’s no layer between you and the operator, you’re never chasing a foreman to find out where your site stands.
