Barns, equestrian buildings, farm infrastructure, big-acreage builds — Ocala sitework is its own animal. We build pads and access roads to spec on Marion County acreage, working from your engineered plans with our own equipment.
Grade Day
FinishedOcala work is rarely a single house on a quarter-acre lot. It’s a barn pad here, an arena or equipment building there, and a farm road connecting all of it across serious acreage. Those buildings are heavy and the pads have to be right — cut and fill to the engineer’s elevations, compaction-ready subgrade, and drainage that keeps water away from the structure and out of the paddocks.
Access matters just as much on big parcels. A pad nobody can reach with a concrete truck or a horse trailer isn’t finished. We build the access roads and driveways along with the pads, so the whole site works as one plan. Ocala and Marion County sit inside our regular working area, and builders and property owners out here get the same deal as everyone else: the owner on the machine, a real schedule, and a free estimate.
Yes. Barn and steel-building suppliers hand you a pad spec — dimensions, elevation, tolerance, subgrade condition — and we build to it. Send the spec and the site plan with your estimate request and the number you get covers hitting it, not getting close.
Yes, and it’s smart to plan it that way. We’ll rough in the access road and the first pad now, and stage the rest so later phases don’t tear up finished work. One walk-through of the whole plan up front saves money on every phase after.
