How much of a wooded lot do you actually need to clear for a spec build?
Whatever your plan calls for — usually the pad, the driveway, the septic and drainfield area, and working room for trades. On big lots a lot of builders keep the tree buffer for the eventual buyer. Walk the lot with us and we’ll flag it out before a machine touches anything.
